Break Away From the Ordinary
High school is over … Real life is here. And it’s not exactly what you thought it would be.
Whether you’re 19 and just happy to have survived your first year away from home, or you’re 27 and the monotony of work leaves you tired and wishing for something more, Project:Fracture is a place to start something new.
Popular culture is constantly pressuring us to achieve more … get more … be someone … all the while, providing unlimited distractions that keep us from ever actually being more. We often find ourselves torn in several directions, unsure what is the right path …
- Should I get married … or pursue my career?
- What if I’m not any good at this?
- Should I take the safe job here at home … or try for something that pays more but is across the country?
- Will having kids turn me into a parent instead of a person?
- Should I spend my savings and see the world … or save up and pay off debts?
- I just moved here, and I don’t know anyone my age ….
- If I’m still working for minimum wage in another year, am I a failure?
- I never really thought about what I would do after college … now I’m here, and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do now!
Lucky for us, there’s more. There are answers. It’s time to be different from what they expect … time to break away from the ordinary ….

About MCC
Started in 1973, Murrysville Community Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) – one of our nation’s fastest-growing, evangelical denominations. We believe that the Bible’s ultimate author is God, and that it’s true and authoritative in all that it teaches.
We believe that salvation from sin and death is humanity’s greatest need, and that God’s Son, Jesus Christ, is its only Savior. In other words, we believe that salvation comes by God’s grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone.
Whether you’re a life-long Christian, new to the faith, or not quite ready to make that commitment, you’re welcome at MCC!
